Project Award Announcement

SouthWorks is excited to announce our first project award – Site Development Package for Lotus Grove, a mixed-use development in Doraville, GA. The project award is valued at just over $13M, and covers over 13 acres of horizontal site development along with site retaining walls and deep foundation work. The project will start in the Summer of 2022 and run through the Fall of 2023. Thank you to Lotus Grove, LLC along with Communities at Lotus, LLC for allowing SouthWorks the opportunity to work with them on this exciting project as we transfer the old Kmart site into a vibrant, new mixed-use destination consisting of multi-family housing, retail, restaurant & office spaces, a 5 story Hilton-branded hotel, and a food hall.
